Fuck this shit. My PC is TOO GOOD to play KotoR? How the fuck does that even work. It seemingly hates my graphics card, and I can't find a way around it. Pissed off Dave is pissed off. D:<
Aye, but no one seems to have the same problem as me. Everyone on forums I find is able to play up to a certain point, or, it just craps up during fights or something. I can't even get the game to start. I click "start" and I just get an endless loading icon and the dic gets stuck in the tray.

I had the same issue with KotOR2 on my PC. Fiddled around with some GFX drivers and it sorted itself out.
KotOR is one of the finest games I've ever played. Total awesomosity. ;p
What graphics cared were you using? I'm running a nVideia 8600 GTS and I can't figure out what drivers and shit I need. ><
It was an nVideia, but not sure which model (desktop is at home). Did you try some forums/FAQs? Coz it tends to be a widespread problem

That's what was happening to me. Is it the first KotOR? Coz if it is, and you still have xbox access I can lend you it on that.
Nah, don't have an xbox or a TV. Might try and get a new verion of direct x and see if that does anything.
